BROKERAGE EVENT AT THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE TRADE FAIR OF TOOLS AND PROCESSING INDUSTRY INNOFORM, 13th March 2019

Enterprise Europe Network in Toruń (Poland) is pleased to organise the 3rd edition of the Brokerage Event on the occasion of International Cooperative Trade Fair of Tools and Processing Industry INNOFORM® 2019.

Brokerage Event are organised one-to-one business meetings. It is a great occasion to meet potential partners from all over the world, find out and discuss market trends and innovations or initiate cross-border contacts and long-lasting co-operation.

INNOFORM® TRADE FAIR 2018 STATISTICS

  • 263 reputable producers and distributors from Poland and abroad;
  • almost 3000 visitors;
  • 94 meetings during Brokerage Event.
     


BASIC RULES OF BROKERAGE EVENT

 

  • Registration prior to the event is compulsory;
  • The event is free of charge for all exhibitors and visitors registered at INNOFORM 2019 Fair Trade (registration until 8th March!)
  • All participants will present the ideas ready for international partnerships;
  • Working language is English.

AGENDA

A Brokerage Event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 25 minutes business meetings are usually enough to build connections. When the bell rings the time is up and the next meeting starts. 



1. Registration

11th January - 8th March

During the registration you can set when you want to be available for meetings. This determines up to how many meetings you can have.

2. Set up a profile

Next you create a profile that will be visible to other signed up attendees on the event website. This profile describes what are you looking for and what can you offer to potential partners.

3. Request meetings

20th February - 10th March 

Now you can start to receive and send meetings requests to attendees you want to meet at the event.

4. Build connections

A few days prior to the event, the exact time and place for your meeting will be scheduled. You will receive an email with your meetings schedule or you can always check it online. 13th March is the day of the Brokerage Event.
